Refund Policy

MUK Psychiatry LLC is committed to providing high-quality psychiatric and mental health services. Please review our refund policy regarding payments for appointments, services, and related fees.

1. Appointment Fees
   All fees for psychiatric evaluations, follow-up visits, and other clinical services are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

• Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur any charges, and any pre-paid fees will be fully refunded or applied as a credit to future services.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice (“no-shows”), are subject to the full session fee. These fees are non-refundable.

1. Prepaid Services
   If you have prepaid for a package of services and wish to discontinue care, you may request a refund for any unused sessions. The refund will be calculated based on the standard single-session rate for services already rendered, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

2. Insurance Payments
   If you have made an out-of-pocket payment and your insurance subsequently covers the service, MUK Psychiatry LLC will refund any overpayment once the insurance payment is received and processed.

3. Non-Refundable Fees
   Administrative fees, such as those for form completion, late cancellations, or returned checks, are non-refundable.

4. Telehealth Services
   Refunds for telehealth appointments follow the same policy as in-person visits. If technical issues prevent the completion of a scheduled telehealth session, please contact our office to reschedule or request a refund.

5. Processing Refunds
   Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of approval. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact our office for assistance.

6. How to Request a Refund
   To request a refund, please contact MUK Psychiatry LLC at 774-388-8918 or by email. Please provide your name, date of service, and reason for the refund request. All refund requests will be reviewed and processed in accordance with this policy.

7. Policy Updates
   MUK Psychiatry LLC reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all transactions after the effective date of the update.
